Job Title: Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Bilingual – English/French)
Department: People and Culture
Reporting to: Director, Talent Acquisition
Location: Remote (U.S. or Canada) – Eastern Time Zone hours
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and bilingual (English/French) Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our People & Culture team. This is a high-impact role responsible for executing recruiting operations while strengthening our employer brand to attract top talent.
As a junior member of a small, high-performing Talent Acquisition team, you will partner closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition and Senior Recruiter to deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensure operational excellence, and help transform our recruiting function from manual to technology-enabled, data-driven, and scalable.
This role is ideal for someone early in their TA career who is digitally fluent, process-driven, and excited to help build modern recruiting practices

Job Responsibilities:
Post and Manage Job openings across internal and external platforms
Coordinate candidate communications in English and French
Schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones
Manage and maintain candidate pipelines within the ATS
Conduct initial candidate pre-screens (phone/video)
Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for recruiters and hiring managers
Coordinate interview logistics, materials, and feedback collection
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and regional requirements
Maintain accurate, real-time recruiting data and documentation
Monitor pipeline health and flag delays or bottlenecks
Support reporting on key recruiting metrics
Manage and optimize employer branding presence (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor)
Maintain and improve the career site content and candidate experience
Execute targeted employer branding campaigns with TA leadership
Analyze recruitment marketing performance and recommend improvements
Leverage recruiting technologies and automation tools to improve efficiency
Identify opportunities to automate manual recruiting tasks
Support optimization and rollout of TA tools and workflows
Stay current on recruiting technology trends, AI applications, and best practices
Your Experience Should Include:
Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and verbal)
1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or TA support
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever)
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfort working U.S. East Coast hours
Interest in automation, technology, and process optimization
