Position Title: Contemporary Chapel Musician
Place of Performance: Hainerberg Chapel, USAG Wiesbaden.
Schedule: Every Sunday at 10:30AM
Duties:
  • Musical Leadership
The Musician shall perform on the piano and/or keyboard, sing, and simultaneously lead the congregation in Contemporary-style worship music. This shall include, but is not limited to, providing preludes, postludes, offertories, congregational hymns, choruses, spiritual songs, and choral accompaniments.
  • Service and Rehearsal Attendance
The Musician shall arrive no later than thirty (30) minutes prior to each scheduled worship service, rehearsal, or special event, and shall remain for at least five (5) minutes following the benediction or conclusion of the event.
  • Professional Appearance and Conduct
The Musician shall maintain a neat, well-groomed, conservative, and modest appearance at all times.
  • Collaboration with Chapel Leadership
The Musician shall work in close coordination with the Chapel Leadership Team to plan and select music for all worship services. All selections shall align with the theme and tone of the service, and shall be submitted in a monthly list to the Chapel Leadership Team no later than one (1) month in advance. This schedule allows sufficient time for review, approval, and integration into the overall worship plan.
  • Rehearsal Coordination
The Musician shall participate in all scheduled rehearsals, including those with the choir, soloists, and other instrumentalists. This participation ensures musical unity, preparedness, and a high-quality worship experience for the congregation.
