As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll help build the teams that deliver industry-leading accounting and advisory services to clients across the food and agriculture sector. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to engage in both campus and experienced recruiting, shaping how Pinion attracts, engages, and hires top talent.
You’ll lead early career recruiting efforts focused on accounting and advisory pipelines, while also partnering closely with business leaders to deliver high-quality experienced hires. What You’ll Be Doing
Campus Recruiting Program Management (~60%)
- Own and execute campus recruiting strategy for accounting and advisory talent pipelines
- Build and manage university partnerships with a focus on accounting and agribusiness programs
- Drive the success of internship programs
- Partner with and activate a network of campus ambassadors (firm professionals) to strengthen engagement and brand visibility
- Develop early talent pipelines aligned with workforce planning needs
- Enhance the intern-to-full-time conversion strategy and experience
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial engagement through start date
- Track and analyze campus recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement
Experienced Recruiting (~40%)
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for experienced and professional roles across the firm (domestic and international)
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and market positioning
- Proactively source and build pipelines of high-quality candidates
- Manage structured interview processes and advise leaders on candidate selection
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback
What You’ll Need for This Position
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in early career and/or experienced hiring
- Proven success recruiting within accounting or professional services environments, preferred
- Aptitude for building university partnerships and early talent programs, ideally in accounting or business disciplines
- Strong ability to manage full-cycle recruiting across varied roles and levels
- Experience with ATS systems, sourcing tools, and digital recruiting platforms (e.g., ICIMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monday.com)
- Demonstrated digital fluency, including leveraging data, automation, and AI tools to enhance recruiting effectiveness throughout a human-centered process
- Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess talent, solve hiring challenges, and adapt strategies
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel up to 10% annually

Compensation: In some states and municipalities, Pinion is required by law to include a reasonable estimate for range of compensation. When making compensation decisions, Pinion takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications/licenses, and geographic location. The wide range for this role reasonably accounts for these factors. Specific compensation decisions are made based on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000 - $96,000.
