Responsibilities:
Manages and monitors the equipment used in the production process
Is responsible for the line’s performance in terms of output and uptime
Ensures that production processes comply with Quality Policies and takes appropriate corrective actions in case of deviations
Performs cleaning and maintenance of machines and equipment
Digitally records process and quality data
Qualifications:
High school diploma, technical training, or equivalent qualification
High level of commitment and flexibility
Availability and ability to work in shifts
Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position
Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment characterized by fast-paced operations and continuous change
