Service Operations Specialist

• Keep monitoring & tracking on monthly service KPIs. Share insights on gap analysis, improvement areas and countermeasure suggestions to field zone managers.
• Streamline overall processes to achieve service operational excellence, including customer service request handling, IB verification & cleansing, work order scheduling and dispatching, parts planning and fulfilment, customer survey follow up.
• Supervise regional WO dispatcher performance and manage daily operations to ensure smooth process delivery.
• Take ownership for continuously inventory performance monitoring and optimization.
• Take ownership for parts related processes to ensure parts availability for field engineers.
• Operate service-related system properly. Close service report and parts stock out in time.
• Deliver operational processes and system training to field engineers and ensure executive integrity to comply with company policies and quality requirements.
• Leverage DBS tools to continuously develop & optimize daily operational processes to improve working efficiency.
• Support field engineers on local sourcing of tool, materials and service.
• Other tasks assigned by leader.
