Job Description
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented professional with a strong technical background in plastics and the automotive industry. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder who can effectively connect customer needs with R&D capabilities while managing complex development projects in an international environment.
You are a team player with strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to drive initiatives from idea to implementation.
What will you do?
Act as the main interface between customers and R&D, building strong partnerships with automotive OEMs and Tier suppliers
Identify new business opportunities, applications, and areas for portfolio growth
Coordinate development projects, track progress, and support issue resolution in cooperation with R&D
Translate customer needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Support testing processes and present results to customers
Represent the company at industry events and technical discussions
Ensure smooth transition of development projects into production phase
What do we expect?
University or college degree, preferably in Chemical, Mechanical, or Plastics Engineering
Minimum 7–8 years of experience in the automotive industry (e.g. product development, process engineering, mould design, quality, procurement, or project management)
Advanced knowledge in plastic compounding and/or injection moulding
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Good command of MS Office tools
Ability to work collaboratively and manage cross-functional alignment
Driving license (Category B)
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: from 3700 EUR brutto/month. The advertised salary represents the minimum guaranteed base salary for this position. The final offer will be determined individually, based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
