Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Sheet Metal Fabrication Lead Hand with experience in sign fabrication. This leadership role requires the ability to guide a team, manage multiple projects, and ensure high-quality production outcomes.
This is a full-time position based in Orillia working 42 hours per week Monday to Thursday 7AM-4:45PM and Friday 7AM-12PM with the possibility for voluntary overtime. This role is eligible for group benefits after completing 2 months of employment and a boot allowance after completing the 3 month probationary period.
