Finance Analyst, Manufacturing Performance

The Finance Analyst, Manufacturing Performance supports plant-focused financial and operational reporting to improve manufacturing execution, inventory performance, and decision-making. This role supports recurring analytics related to plant costing, overhead allocation/indirect cost recovery, inventory performance, and operational KPIs.
The Analyst works closely with the Manager and cross-functional stakeholders (plants, procurement, inventory control, sales and project teams) to compile data, prepare reporting, investigate exceptions, and learn the drivers behind plant performance and profitability outcomes.
