You would be expected to:

• Deliver analytics and insights on key supply chain metrics such as gross margin, absorption, yield, productivity, and PPV & share daily/weekly updates with leadership, translating data into clear insights and performance commentary.
• Build forward-looking dashboards using Power BI/SQL to enable faster, data-driven decisions & use emerging technologies, including AI, to improve reporting, analysis, and efficiency.
• Support integration of subcontracting activities into the Bangalore Finance CoE & partner with finance and operations to support AOP development and cost updates.
• Ensure process discipline through accurate documentation and compliance with financial, SOX, and audit standards & identify opportunities to streamline and improve COGS reporting, forecasting, and planning.

Your Skills and Expertise 
 To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• CA/CA -Inter/ CMA/ CMA -Inter/ MBA qualified with 3 to 7 years relevant experience
• 2 to 3 years of Experience with Power BI, SQL, and analytics tools in finance or supply chain environments.
• Understanding of key supply chain finance concepts, including gross margin, absorption, yield, productivity, and PPV.

• Strong analytical skills with a passion for solving business problems using data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self- motivated with a proactive approach to learning and contributing to the team.

Work Location: Hebbal, Bangalore (Karnataka), Hybrid Mode
