Product Lead Engineer - System

Your Mission

• We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to drive the product lines business. In this role, you will connect market trends, customer demands, and product strategy while leading acquisition activities and shaping the future of L2 to L4 solutions.
• You will be part of a worldwide pool of Strategy and Acquisition Managers, able to address the complete Systems product portfolio and customer opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product vision and strategic direction in alignment with Product lines, Engineering, Solution Management. Feed the organization with specific China market requirements.
• Contribute to the product and feature roadmap in line with market and customer needs
• Identify partnership opportunities
• Develop, evaluate, and steer business cases in collaboration with Controlling and key stakeholders
• Lead end-to-end acquisition activities (RFI, pre-RFQ, RFQ), including technical scope, customer communication and negotiation alignment
• Manage internal and external promotion of the product portfolio (presentations, campaigns, stakeholder communication)

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field
• Long term engineering experience in in ADAS area, have at least one L2+ NOA customer SoP project will be plus
• Strong leadership experience (functional or line management)
• Strong business mindset
• Master skills in presentation, Market data analysis, market report, benchmark report
• Extensive experience working in international and intercultural environments
