Experience: 8+ years
Be part of the mechanical engineering team in the product development of display solutions. The role entails system-level product requirement engineering and product integration scope working with a multinational team.
Responsibilities/Job Scope
ME Responsibilities:
· Design and develop automotive display products
· Develop products according to project life cycles from requirement analysis, concept definition, detail design, design verification, and off-tool validation until release for mass production.
· Prepare engineering documentation, specifications, and reports.
Requirements:
· Degree in mechanical engineering or similar.
· Advance skills in CAD modeling software CATIA and CREO.
· Product design for plastic injection molding, metal stamping, and die casting.
· Knowledge in plastic optical component design.
· Knowledge of secondary processes such as laser cutting, plating, vacuum metallization, in-mould decoration, spray painting, hot stamping, silk screen, etc.
· Strong knowledge of design analysis and tolerance stack calculations.
· Experience with design for manufacturing and troubleshooting.
· Knowledge in soft and hard tooling for prototype making and mass production.
· Good attention to details and able to learn independently in a dynamic environment.
· Team player with good communication skills.
· Self-motivated with a strong passion for product design work.
· customer-oriented and able to work systematically under tight schedules.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (optional but beneficial).
- Experience in a specific domain such as automotive, aerospace, HVAC, robotics, or industrial machinery.
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing or prototyping.
