
Assembly Manufacturing Technician
Job Description
Responsible for preventive maintenance activities of assigned area and equipment in a timely manner.
- Ensure 100% Preventive Maintenance (PM) response.
- Documentation of PM activities and management of Equipment 201 File.
- Focal person for new equipment setup, resolution of major equipment problems and equipment restoration.
- Assists equipment engineer in the development of projects to improve equipment performance, prolong life of parts, and management of spares.
- Assists in the development of preventive maintenance schedule, procedure, checklists, buy-off, and specifications.
- Assists in the analysis and resolution of customer issues.
- Mentors line maintenance technician and assists in training for technician skills-up.
- Perform other functions as may be needed to support manufacturing requirements.
- Education
- 2 year Technology Course Graduate
- Experience
- At least 3 years experience as Maintenance Technician in a semiconductor company
- Skills
- Extensive experience in hydraulics, servomotors, pumps, sensors, motor controls, Electro-pneumatics, mechanical, electronics and PLC.
- Proper use of hand tools, measuring, and calibration instruments.
- Can read and interpret electrical & electronics diagrams, mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge in Preventive Maintenance system
- Good communication skills.
