Your main duties in flying with us

• Serve as the primary frontliner for credit card fraud by monitoring suspicious transactions, handling bank and customer disputes, analyzing transactional patterns to detect fraud trends, and supporting the implementation of fraud prevention strategies

• Conduct monthly access rights reviews to ensure robust SoD implementation, preventing unauthorized access and corporate losses. Support the development of a comprehensive User Access Management (UAM) framework as a definitive access reference across the organization

• Proactively monitor brand impersonation activities targeting tiket.com and its executives to protect the company’s reputation and digital integrity

• Assist in conducting internal control assessments, monitoring compliance with policies, identifying control deficiencies, and supporting corrective actions — including monitoring promo code and gift voucher usage

• Manage the organization’s whitelist system by reviewing and evaluating requests from external and internal stakeholders, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with established fraud prevention policies

• Prepare and maintain accurate records of fraud cases, internal control activities, and investigation findings; support the preparation of reports and presentations for relevant stakeholders

Mandatory belongings you must bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 0-2 years of experience in internal control, fraud detection, audit, or a related field

• Basic understanding of internal control, credit card fraud schemes, and fraud prevention techniques

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail in reviewing and interpreting data

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and spoken

• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross- functionally

• Eager to learn, highly adaptable, and able to keep pace with evolving industry practices and regulations
