About the location:

There’s a certain magic in the air here that flows effortlessly through Old Town Square, onto Charles Bridge, over the Vltava and all the way up the tallest spires of Prague Castle – and that’s just what you can see from Four Seasons Hotel Prague. Centuries of wonder fill our walls, letting you trace the history of the city from the Baroque era to the neoclassical to modern day. Four Seasons Hotel Prague has a unique location, consists of three historical buildings connected to a new construction, has 157 rooms including 19 suites.

About the Role

As a Houseman, you will play an important supporting role within the Housekeeping team, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes. You will assist Room Attendants and Supervisors by maintaining cleanliness in public and service areas, managing supplies, and responding to guest requests with speed and care. Your work helps create a seamless and comfortable experience for every guest.

What You Will Do

  • Support the Housekeeping team with daily operational tasks across assigned floors
  • Deliver guest requests promptly, including amenities, extra beds, and special items
  • Restock housekeeping pantries with all required supplies and materials
  • Assist Room Attendants by providing additional items needed for guest rooms
  • Maintain cleanliness of back-of-house areas, corridors, and service spaces
  • Remove waste and manage recycling according to hotel standards
  • Prepare rooms for special programs and assist with deep cleaning setup
  • Move and arrange furniture as required
  • Handle guest laundry and deliveries accurately and on time
  • Communicate effectively with the Housekeeping Coordinator for all requests

What You Bring

  • Basic English communication skills
  • Good organizational and teamwork skills
  • Strong physical ability to perform manual tasks
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliability and commitment to high standards of work
  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is an advantage

Schedule & Hours

  • Full-time position.
  • Expected schedule includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekend shifts.
