Your Next Role: Associate Configuration Specialist
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-driven problem solver with strong closing and title experience as a top priority to join our Implementation Team. Whether you're based in Raleigh or working remotely, you’ll play a key role in delivering customized solutions that make a real impact for our customers.
What You’ll Own and Elevate
- Bring our platform to life—configure, test, and optimize SoftPro Select
- Partner with Implementation Specialists to ensure seamless project delivery
- Lead engaging product demos that showcase our powerful tools
- Turn ideas into action—gather requirements, scope projects, and track progress
- Manage custom client solutions from concept to completion
- Maintain clear, organized project documentation
- Help improve processes and create helpful customer resources
What You Bring to the Table
- 4+ years in real estate closings/escrow (non-negotiable)
- Deep experience with SoftPro Select, including formulas
- Strong organization, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to juggle priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Solid Excel skills
- Project management experience? Even better.
- Willingness to travel (~10% US)
