Group Summary:

MISSION:
Dedicated on designing and delivering high-quality feature software for the Automatic Parking Assist system, focusing on motion planning and control algorithms. Responsible for the entire development lifecycle from concept to production, including documentation, analysis, V&V test plans, test case creation, and test setup.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITY:
1、Develop, design, and optimize motion planning and control algorithms for auto parking.
开发、设计并优化自动泊车的运动规划与控制算法
2、Clarify with customers (OEMs) about parking feature requirements (e.g., APA, RPA, HPA) and break them down into technical and software requirements.
与客户（主机厂）澄清自动泊车功能需求（如APA、RPA、记忆泊车等），并分解输出软件层级的技术需求。
3、Tune planning behaviors (e.g., smoothness, feasibility) and control precision (e.g., tracking errors, comfort) to meet production-level performance KPIs.
针对规划轨迹的平滑性、可行性以及控制的精度（如跟踪误差、舒适性）进行算法调参和性能优化，以满足量产级别的性能指标。
4、Integrate and interface with perception modules (fusion, parking slot detection) and vehicle base software (chassis, IMU, etc.) to ensure closed-loop functionality.
与感知模块（传感器融合、车位检测）及车辆底层软件（底盘、IMU等）进行对接，确保整个泊车功能的闭环运行。
5、Create systematic test cases and KPIs for developed algorithm and/or jointly with PA define vehicle verification plan

6、Unit/feature/ASW integration test of delivery quality assurance

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1、Engineering bachelor or above.
理工科学士及以上学位（车辆工程、计算机、机器人等相关专业）。
2、3+ years of experience in autonomous driving or robotics.
3年以上自动驾驶或机器人行业开发经验
3、Fluent English (both written and spoken) and good communication skills for technical discussions.
英语可作为工作语言进行技术沟通。
4、In-depth understanding of planning algorithms: Proficiency in hybrid A* algorithms, including their implementation, optimization (heuristic functions), and application in parking scenarios. Familiarity with common path planning algorithms.

5、Experienced with PID, LQR, and MPC (Model Predictive Control) for path tracking and speed control.

6、Solid programing skill with C++ (C++11/14/17), one additional language (including MBD) is a plus, e.g. MATLAB/Simulink/C/Python.

7、Good understanding of automotive software development fundamentals and process, capability of applying ASPICE as well as Agile process in software development.

8、Experience with ROS/ROS2 or other robotics middleware for rapid prototyping, or simulation toolchain preferred.
