Vice President, Private Credit

Manages deal teams and work streams including the analysis, underwriting and execution of unitranche or mezzanine debt investments and corresponding equity co-investments toward the achievement of the management objectives of Eagle Realty Group. Targets privately held companies in the continental US seeking unitranche or mezzanine debt investments and corresponding equity co-investment. Interacts directly with private equity groups, the management of portfolio companies, target companies, and investment banks. Conducts negotiations in regards to pricing and structure, and sources deals. Establishes a strong reputation in the market and targets deals in the $20 million to $50 million range, eventually producing 3 -to 6 deals annually.
