Hotel Operations Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple departments efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations across front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage departments.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction are consistently met.
- Assist in staff training, development, and performance evaluations.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain adequate supplies.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for enhancing operational efficiency and guest experience.
- Support budgeting and cost control initiatives.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of hotel management software.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
