Responsibilities
- Campaign planning and execution: Assume ownership of executing in-app category and brand campaigns to drive goals. Involve in resource planning, promotional strategy discussion and execution, performance monitoring, data analytics
- Category performance monitoring: Assume ownership of team performance dashboards - monitor, upkeep, and provide team with crucial decision-making data
- Category projects: Support relevant project owners in policy design, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder management
- Supporting team in any other general ad-hoc duties
Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled university student, able to work full-time for at least 3 months, 5 days a week
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel (data tracking, reporting, basic formulas)
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of E-Commerce operations and experience in project management
- Data analytics: Turning data into actionable insights
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
