Position Overview:
The Loan Partner provides operational support to ensure efficient daily workflow within the branch. This role manages email communications, helps maintain lead and database systems and follow-up activities, and supports branch operations through organized communication and documentation collection.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take all incoming calls to the team line.
• Conduct 30-, 60-, and 90-day follow-up calls for all closed loans.
• Conduct bi-weekly check-ins with pre-approved clients.
• Assist in collecting, uploading, and labeling documentation.
• Assist with basic application setup.
• Trigger and manage CRM automations.
• Available to work varied hours, including overtime, as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent math and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Skilled in managing priorities and meeting established deadlines.
• Proficient in Google and Microsoft programs (Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
