Operations Efficiency & Intelligence Graduate

The Opportunity

As an Operations Efficiency & Intelligence Graduate, you will support the implementation and maintenance of solutions to generate insights, optimize business operations, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will also contribute to initiatives focused on enhancing processes through robotic process automation and AI technologies

What you'll get to do

• Design and develop dashboards and reports to visualize key performance metrics and process performance.
• Building ETL processes to help maintain the highest standards of data quality, integrity and accessibility.
• Design, model, and implement comprehensive process mining solutions
• Develop and execute process improvement initiatives based on process mining findings
• Extract meaningful insights from process data
• Support projects aimed at improving business processes through advanced analytics, AI and automation initiatives
• Collaborate in the identification and analysis of opportunities to optimize and streamline operations.

We'd love to meet you if you have

• Bachelor and/or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Fluency Spanish & English required.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP Analytics cloud), and scripting languages (e.g., Python)
• Familiarity with data integration, emerging technologies, and machine learning concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• • Bonus points:
    • Experience with python libraries for data science and ML
    • Experience working with SAP or data coming from ERP systems
    • Experience in process mining (ideally with a tool like Celonis)
    • Exposure to projects involving advanced analytics, automation, or innovative digital solutions
