Overview Overview We’re looking for a PowerPoint Designer to join our Actuarial team at Gallagher Re. You’ll work on creating high-quality presentations that simplify complex ideas and align with our brand. Based in Mumbai, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across North America and beyond. How You’ll Make an Impact In this role, you’ll design and format PowerPoint presentations that communicate complex information in a clear and visually engaging way. You’ll work closely with teams to understand their needs and translate them into compelling visuals. From charts and graphs to data visualisation, you’ll ensure every presentation meets our branding standards and delivers a professional finish. You’ll also adapt quickly to feedback and process changes, ensuring projects are completed on time. Here’s what you’ll also do: Collaborate with teams to create presentations that meet their objectives. Use data visualisation tools to simplify complex information. Maintain consistency with corporate branding guidelines. Revise and refine presentations based on feedback. About You Here’s what you’ll bring to the role: Experience in creating corporate presentations. A good understanding of data visualisation concepts like charts and dashboards. The ability to explain complex ideas visually and clearly. A willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow under mentorship. A relevant degree or equivalent experience. How you'll make an impact Responsibilities: • Design and format PowerPoint presentations, ensuring excellent understanding of design concepts and an expert in MS Office Programs (PowerPoint & Word). • Good verbal and written English communication skills. Have professional approach to problem solving and project completion. • Work with data visualization elements, such as charts, graphs, to simplify complex information. • Follow corporate branding guidelines and maintain uniformity across all presentations. • Collaborate with internal teams to understand presentation objectives and translate them into compelling visuals. • Revise and refine presentations based on feedback while maintaining quick turnaround times. • A quick learner who has ability to adapt to any process changes. About you Qualifications: • 2−3 years of experience in developing corporate presentations. • Understanding of data visualization concepts (e.g., Excel charts, dashboards) is desirable • Strong willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and improve skills under mentorship. • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and understand project needs. • Relevant degree qualification or equivalent industry experience.
