Live Chat Support Specialist

Location: Philippines

Compensation: $5.00 / hour

Description

We are looking for a quick-thinking, empathetic, and tech-savvy Live Chat Support Specialists to join our customer success team. In this role, you aren’t just answering tickets; you are the voice of our brand. You’ll be responsible for providing real-time solutions, navigating multiple conversations simultaneously, and turning frustrated users into brand advocates. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Answering client's inquiries
  • Addressing issues with the orders and product inquiries via customer interface platform and from Facebook and email.
  • Tracking Shipments and backend shipping inquiries
  • General Research
  • Updating addresses and client information



Qualifications

  • 1 year live chat experience 
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Can work 40 hours a week during US business hours, must be open to shifting schedule
  • No other commitments, can start ASAP
  • Has own work-from-home equipment
    • Internet speed: At least 50mbps
    • Computer processor: At least Core i5 or equivalent
    • Complete with webcam & headset
