Workday HCM Consultant - Recruitment, Absence & Time Tracking
Job Description
Scope:
- Provide end-to-end support and enhancements across Workday HCM modules—Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Absence, and Time Tracking.
- Drive continuous improvement by resolving tickets, optimizing configurations, and implementing best practices.
- Strengthen system efficiency, security, and compliance across Workday functional domains.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day support and enhancement requests across Workday HCM modules.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Configure and maintain Workday Security (security groups, domain policies, roles, and access).
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product/platform teams to gather requirements, design, test, and deploy solutions.
- Develop and maintain reports, calculated fields, and data outputs to support business needs.
- Contribute to ongoing initiatives while ensuring adherence to security, compliance, and best practices.
- Deliver timely resolutions and support team efficiency in handling operational workloads.
What We Are Looking For:
- 6–9 years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM.
- Strong expertise in Workday modules: Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Absence, and Time Tracking.
- Proven ability to manage support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and deliver enhancements independently.
- Experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, and RaaS.
- Exposure to Workday Integrations or Workday Studio (preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
