About you:

We’re looking for a Technical Implementation Consultant to join our Healthcare team, delivering integration solutions that connect our EPR system with NHS organisations across the UK.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll take ownership of technical delivery—installing, configuring and deploying integration solutions, while working closely with customers to ensure successful outcomes.

You’ll play a key role in improving patient care by enabling reliable, secure data flow between clinical systems.

Day-to-day, you will:

​Deliver Integration Projects

• Lead the technical delivery of integration projects from start to finish

• Install, configure, and deploy software solutions in customer environments

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard

Work Directly with Customers

• Act as a technical point of contact for customers during implementations

• Guide customers through technical processes and best practice

Troubleshoot & Problem Solve

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across the full stack
  (applications, servers, networking, databases)

• Perform initial triage and work with internal teams to resolve complex issues​

​Integration & Technical Expertise

• Build understanding of how our software integrates with:

  • EPR systems

  • Clinical applications

  • Customer infrastructure

• Support testing, validation, and go-live activities

• Collaborate with NHS stakeholders and technical teams
