Description
Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and generative AI solutions that drive innovation, improve business outcomes, and enhance customer experience. This role focuses on scalable AI application development, leveraging modern machine learning, deep learning, and LLM technologies.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Design and develop AI models for predictive, prescriptive, and generative use cases to solve complex business problems
- Build and optimize end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including data preprocessing, training, and deployment
- Train, validate, and fine-tune models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face
- Develop and implement generative AI solutions using transformer architectures, GPT, GANs, and VAEs
- Deploy models into production environments using MLOps tools like MLflow, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems and applications
- Monitor model performance, implement observability frameworks, and continuously optimize based on feedback and metrics
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML and generative AI models (e.g., GPT, BERT, GANs, VAEs)
- Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX
- Experience with natural language processing, computer vision, or multimodal AI applications
- Hands-on experience with machine learning pipelines, data preprocessing, and model evaluation techniques
- Familiarity with cloud platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning large language models.
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning, few-shot learning, or transfer learning techniques.
- Background in software engineering best practices, including version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with AI ethics, bias mitigation, and fairness in generative models.
- Exposure to data engineering, big data tools, or MLOps frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with ethical AI principles and responsible AI practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
