How you'll make an impact Deliver timely and accurate assistance to Associate Consultants, Consultants, and Management in all aspects of their work with corporate clients, including regular client interaction and collaboration with provider teams. Serve as the primary group healthcare contact for clients, supporting both employers and their employees. Provide a professional, high-quality service to clients, colleagues, and third parties, ensuring their needs are met with excellence. Assist clients with the management of employee benefit schemes, including renewal activities, underwriting processes, claims handling, and maintaining compliant and detailed client records. Strive to not only meet but exceed the expectations of both internal and external clients. About You Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Private Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Cash Plans, and Health Assessment policies, with the ability to stay updated on industry, sector, and technical developments. Effective Communication: Excellent skills in communication, questioning, listening, report writing, and presenting, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experienced in using internal systems and databases to support efficient operations. Customer-Centric Approach: Committed to upholding the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and delivering exceptional service to clients.
