Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely and accurate settlement of Private Placement transactions across multiple regions
• Coordinate with custodians, internal stakeholders, and external counterparties to resolve discrepancies and minimize risks
• Process and monitor custodial transactions, security transfers, and cash movements in line with contractual agreements
• Track payment schedules, allocate investment income accurately, and ensure timely receipt of funds
• Maintain compliance with established controls and procedures, including SOX requirements and audit support
• Identify process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of operational workflows
• Stay updated on market developments impacting private credit, debt, and equity instruments
• Support team collaboration, cross-training initiatives, and ad hoc operational requirements.
Required Qualifications:
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in Private Placements, with focus on cash management within a banking or financial institution
• 2–3 years of experience in Private Equity operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with custodial banking systems (e.g., DTC, CIBC, BNY, BMO, State Street)
• Willingness to work night shift (Manila time) to support U.S. market hours
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with global markets (Asia, Europe, North America)
• Knowledge of private credit, debt, and equity instruments within liquidity pool management
• Exposure to audit processes and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX controls)
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Continuous learning mindset, with participation in certifications or professional development programs
