Job Description

The role is primarily responsible for calibration and repair - related activities performed within the service center. Occasional business travel may be required depending on customer needs.

The position requires a Japanese high school–level understanding of physics (electrical), basic English skills mainly for reading and writing, familiarity with common office applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the ability to use standard hand tools.

The ideal candidate has strong curiosity about devices, equipment, or mechanisms and enjoys learning how things work. Interest or hands-on experience in repairing, maintaining, or modifying consumer electronics, appliances, vehicles, bicycles, or similar items is highly valued. We are looking for a flexible individual who is willing to learn a broad range of skills and grow through foundational training based on the Ralliant Way.
