Job Description
Responsibilities: Manage Employees’
(EC) claims for assigned accounts
Ensure claims are handled in accordance with company policies, regulatory
, and best practices, aiming for timely settlement
Communicate effectively with service providers, internal teams, and external stakeholders
Handle enquiries from Insured parties, agents and brokers with professionalism
Prepare and manage claims reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as directed by supervisors or management
: University degree or equivalent qualification, progress in professional insurance
such as ANZIIF or ACII will be advantageous. 1 year of relevant experience in claims handling
Fresh graduates with strong interest and aptitude are welcome
Knowledge of Employees’
Ordinance (ECO) and bodily injury claims will be advantageous
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Chinese Word Processing
Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese and English
Self-motivated, willing to learn with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills with a professional attitude
