Job Description
- Partner with cross-functional leadership (Sales, Product, Finance, Compensation, Business Intelligence, Marketing) to drive alignment on business goals, forecasting, and strategic planning for your assigned sales teams.
- Lead the annual planning cycles, including the development of business plans, operating models, resource allocation, territory optimization, and quota design.
- Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing comprehensive work plans, synthesizing complex data, leading critical analyses, and delivering actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Oversee the forecasting cadence, CRM data integrity, and business reporting to ensure transparency and accountability for assigned business objectives.
- Act as a critical escalation point to identify and resolve operational friction in the agreement cycle, streamlining workflows to maximize the time our sales representatives spend in the field engaging with customers.
