Today, we are leveraging that authority to build the country’s most sophisticated digital sales engine. We are looking for a Digital Account Executive who is a pure hunter. You won't be bogged down by account maintenance or manual data entry. You will be supported by an SDR team, Sales Engineers, and an AI-driven tech stack that allows you to focus on one thing: Closing.   Why This Role is Different 100% Remote Freedom: Work from where you are most productive. A "Pod" Support Model: You are the closer. You have SDRs to fuel your pipeline and Sales Engineers to build your technical, data-backed pitches. Zero-Friction Hand-offs: Our tech automatically captures every commitment you make in a meeting and syncs it with our service delivery teams, ensuring your clients get exactly what you promised without you doing the paperwork.   A Day in the Life: The Virtual Hunter 9:00 AM – Strategy & Lead Review: From your home office, you review high-intent leads generated by our SDR team and inbound marketing. 10:00 AM – The "Deep Dive" Prep: You hop on a virtual sync with a Sales Engineer. You analyze first-party audience data to build a custom, high-impact digital strategy for a marquee prospect. 11:30 AM – The Virtual Pitch: You lead a high-stakes proposal via video. While you focus on the relationship and the "ask," our AI Sales Assistant is in the background, transcribing the call, noting action items, and analyzing sentiment. 1:00 PM – Automated Follow-Up: You review the AI-generated meeting summary. With two clicks, a personalized, professional follow-up is sent to the client, and the project details are automatically pushed to our Service Delivery Team. 2:00 PM – Growth Coaching: You spend 15 minutes reviewing AI-driven insights from your morning calls—identifying "power words" that worked and opportunities to improve your objection handling. 3:30 PM – Strategic Outreach: You leverage our proprietary market data to target "whale" accounts, knowing you have the best tech in the industry to support your outreach.   Who You Are The Virtual Closer: You are a pro at building rapport and closing deals over video. You know how to command a "virtual room." Tech-Forward: You embrace AI and CRM tools as assets, not chores. You want to use data to win. Pure Hunter: You are motivated by new business acquisition and thrive on an uncapped commission structure. B2B Sales Expert: You have a track record of selling complex digital solutions (SEO, SEM, Programmatic, Social).   The Rewards Compensation: $60,176 - $75,220 Base + Uncapped Variable Compensation.
