Job Description
- Lead complex program charters by defining scope, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and resourcing while utilizing data-driven insights to manage risks and facilitate executive-level stakeholder decision-making.
- Strategize with cross-functional partners to prioritize objectives and deliver optimized communication plans that ensure alignment between executive leadership and key technical teams.
- Implement scalable tooling to integrate user-centric insights into the development lifecycle, bridging requirements between UX researchers, product managers, and engineers to resolve constraints.
- Evaluate engineering feasibility, milestones, and resourcing needs by staying current with evolving technology landscapes to ensure accurate scoping and execution of technical initiatives.
- Lead organizational pivots and change management roll outs, monitoring progress and implementing continuous process improvements to mitigate risks and unblock critical program obstacles.
