Your role at Baxter
The Junior Analyst is responsible for performing many tasks for the Medical Products Division. This position oversees the daily price line hold report, Group Purchasing Organization (“GPO”) connections and maintenance related to Price connections, various reporting and 340B maintenance. This position works collaboratively with the various Sales Operations functions and different positions between the organization.

What you'll be doing
We are responsible and held accountable for GPO roster maintenance.
We analyze and maintain 340B program eligibility requests.
We handle contracts connections as per requests and TCEA order placements.
Proceed with line hold process to clear lines as per month close activities.
We handle 340B audit process.
Process and maintain multiple team mailboxes through Outlook.
Accurately and timely follow up on requests sent by the diverse organizations/businesses.
Keep an open communication (verbal and written) the Team Members as well with the leadership team.
We provide outstanding Customer Service to all internal/external customers.
Support as backup for any other activity required in the team, based on previous training plans, by the Supervisor
Creator and maintenance of SOP processes documentation and continuously provide updates based on research and experience and process changes.
Liaison with Audit to provide support on audits conducted within the organization as well as those from outside parties and work preventively on the SOX controls. Deliver outstanding support to every internal and external customer.
Assists and Provides training to internal or external employees as needed
Keeps close monitor of the Metrics to ensure the benchmarks are met.
What you'll bring
Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or Technical School Degree
6 - 12 months of experience in contracts operations (ideal) or customer service (back office)
Demonstration of key finance proficiencies and qualifications
Fully bilingual (English / Spanish) as a requirement. B2 required.
Excel proficiency (Intermediate/Sophisticated)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
