Responsabilities:
- Lead formula and packaging development and coordinate with Regulatory for compliance.
- Lead PLM process and coordinate with interdisciplinary team the risk analysis and approval.
- Execute internal sensory evaluations, analyze the data and generate the report.
- Approve theoretical nutrition facts to the copacker.
- Approve trial reports to the copacker.
- Approve formula, nutrition and packaging specs in Agile.
- Approve artworks in Atlas from R&D product and packaging.
- Sustain Hispanics import/export process with an agile documentation management. Create, maintain and control R&D documentation for Hispanics markets
- Coordinate R&D projects and manage copackers in South America in technical matters. Execute internal sensory panels when required, due to changes in copackers to ensure business continuity.
Requirements:
- Education: Food Engineering or related
- Experience: 3-5 years in new product development (product & packaging)
- Basic knowledge in food/pack regulations
- Basic understanding of quality system management
- Microsoft Office
- SAP would be a plus
