
Consumer Travel Customer Service & 12-Month Temporary Contract - Italian & English Speaker / Part-Time Night Shifts
Job Description
Global Servicing (GS) oversees consumer travel and concierge experiences, all card customer service functions for the company’s global consumer, banking, merchant, and commercial customers, as well as the key enablement functions that power our products and services. GS provides the world’s best customer experience every day by building on Amex’s 175-year legacy of service excellence, leveraging new technologies and capabilities to drive transformation, and bringing a human touch to each customer interaction.
You will support the delivery of travel services for our Premium Card Members, providing personalized assistance and ensuring a high standard of customer experience.
This position is part of a temporary coverage plan, contributing to maintaining service continuity within the Consumer Travel team.
You will work in an international and fast-paced environment, managing a range of travel and lifestyle requests.
- Manage travel and lifestyle requests with accuracy, empathy, and attention to detail
- Provide proactive and comprehensive solutions, including in complex or time-sensitive situations
- Work evening shifts within the 20:00 – 00:00 time window, ensuring service coverage
- Collaborate with team members to maintain operational continuity and meet service level expectations
- Contribute to delivering exceptional experiences for Premium Card Members
- Fluency in Italian, English, and Spanish (written and spoken) is required
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in travel or hospitality
- Availability to work evening shifts (20:00 – 00:00), Monday through Sunday on a rotational basis
- Availability for a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week (4-hour shifts, including break)
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Strong analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
