The FVP, FourLeaf Financial Group serves as the key executive leader of FourLeaf Financial Group. They lead the growth, performance, and talent development of FFG’s investment sales program and is responsible for the compliance and operational soundness of the business. This role is responsible for creating and executing the program’s sales and growth strategy, driving advisor productivity, recruitment to program head count expectations and cultivating a high‑performance sales culture that delivers exceptional value to members. This leader partners closely with leadership, LPL Financial, and cross‑functional business units to expand the program’s reach, strengthen advisor capabilities, and ensure sustainable long‑term growth.
