Position Name : Manager - Sales

Job Band : 3

Job Purpose/Objective :

  • Responsible for location sales and collection
  • Handling independent P&L of the location
  • Meeting all prospects and converting leads
  • Sending timely reports on forecast and weekly visit report

Key responsibilities :

  • Responsible for month-on-month growth of location sales
  • Ensuring timely submission of invoices and collection from all clients
  • Client relationship and retention
  • Ensuring proper warehouse management from Operations team and timely meeting with them to sort out issues (if any)

Skills and Competencies :

  • Prior logistics / warehousing experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Strong balance of planning and hustling
  • Previous start-up experience (preferred)

 Educational Qualification (min) : 

  • BBA 0r MBA in Sales & Marketing
  • Ability to communicate effectively on mail and call.
  • Good knowledge of Excel & Outlook.

 

Experience : 05.00 yrs. to 08.00 yrs.
