The impact you’ll make
As a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for GWS compliance.
This role is responsible for providing interpretation and guidance of ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001 and regulations, requirements and standards, including training and preparing the organization for audit expectations. The Compliance Program Coordinator’s role is to contribute to our audit program to maintain high quality standards and improve audit performance and processes.
What you’ll do
- Assist with preparation and submittal of audit reports and performance data to management
- Assist with the resolution process of any non-compliance issues/non-conformities discovered during audits
- Assist with ensuring that all GWS procedures are well maintained, up to date and acknowledged by appropriate stakeholders
- Assist with development and implementation of ISO procedures and documentation
- Participate in risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance
- Complete regular inspections to ensure audit readiness
- Actively participate in audits and inspections
- Ensure department-wide understanding and adherence to regulatory, legal and ISO standards
- Train and support organization on ISO requirements and changes
- Monitor and report on the performance of proper use of IWMS by GWS, ensuring system is being used and processes are followed
- Acts as subject matter expert for the team for audit related requests and questions
- Provide options on how best to facilitate improvements and new processes within GWS to ensure audit readiness and compliance
Who we’re looking for
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Facilities operations or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in audit process
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent job experience) required
- Experience with training using adult learning principles, concepts and development
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Extensive knowledge of ISO standards and regulations
- Experience with audits and understanding of the audit process
- Excellent training skills
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Proven experience in operations
Preferred qualifications
- Project management experience a plus
- ISO auditor certification is a plus

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
