Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations and talent acquisition activities. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, HR administration, employee engagement initiatives, and HR documentation while contributing to organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Assist with job postings and hiring-related activities.
• Support employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR reports.
• Assist in employee engagement programs and HR initiatives.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Interested in HR and recruitment processes.
