Key Responsibilities
• Oversee 24/7 GSOC operations, ensuring full coverage and operational efficiency
• Supervise, train, and develop GSOC staff, including scheduling and performance management
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, alarms, and global events
• Lead incident response efforts and ensure proper escalation protocols are followed
• Maintain and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Coordinate with internal teams, law enforcement, and emergency services as needed
• Analyze security trends and produce incident reports and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and security best practices
• Manage GSOC systems such as CCTV, access control, and incident management platforms
Qualifications
• Minimum 3–5+ years of GSOC or security operations experience
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role
• Strong knowledge of security systems and monitoring tools
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in report writing and incident documentation
Preferred Qualifications
• Must have Valid State BSIS California Guard Card.
• Experience in a corporate or global security environment
• Familiarity with threat intelligence and risk analysis
• Certifications such as CPP, PSP, and College degree preferred
