Intern, Learning and Development & Events
Job Description
- L&D Logistics: Assist in coordinating capability building and learning sessions, including booking rooms and managing logistics.
- Event Management: Support the planning and execution of internal company events, specifically focusing on Town Halls and strategy cascades.
- Employer Branding Engagement: Support the creation of social media content (employee features, team highlights, etc.) and help plan internal employer branding campaigns or events (e.g., Day in the Life, #InsidePandaLife).
- Material Creation: Design attractive internal flyers, training materials, branding assets, and event invitations using design platforms like Canva.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain the training database by logging attendance, distributing post-training feedback surveys, and tracking the reach of unique learning units.
- Vendor Coordination: Assist in communicating with external training providers and event vendors for scheduling and quotes.
- A proactive, curious mindset with an interest in event management, marketing, or organizational development.
- Creative flair and familiarity with Canva, Google Docs/Slides/Sheets, and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and contribute with a “let’s do it” attitude.
- Good communication skills in English (pre-intermediate preferred) and Burmese.
