This role sits at the heart of large-scale environmental and operational services, supporting the safe and efficient treatment of sludge and the production of high-quality biosolids. You will play a key part in ensuring critical infrastructure runs reliably while contributing to renewable energy generation and environmental sustainability goals. Working closely with operational teams, you will help optimize site performance, maintain compliance, and improve asset reliability across multiple facilities. The position blends hands-on technical oversight with leadership responsibilities, including coaching teams and supporting day-to-day operations.
