The Position
Marketing Specialist / Manager, Refractory ProducersJob Summary
Key Tasks & responsiblities:
Develop and execute an integrated marketing and communications strategy for Refractory China that aligns with global standards while resonating with local customers, ensuring all campaigns reflect the organisation’s values.
Design and implement multi-channel campaigns that maximise profitable growth,
Stay informed about market trends, customers’ insights, and emerging opportunities to incorporate into forward-thinking marketing strategies that keep our business ahead.
Collect industry & customers’information, and regularly interact with the sales team
Take lead in preparation for key exhibitions in China; Execute on brand assets for tradeshows including posters, booth design, presentations and tradeshow items, promotional items and media; Help the sales team with staffing and on-site support for events in China
Use data-driven insights to optimize event strategies, improve outcomes, and achieve marketing tool targets
Responsible for the end-to-end process of gift selection and production according to the Group guideline, including researching, sourcing, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective and brand-aligned gifts.
Integrate e-commerce into our existing sales infrastructure so as to expand the business
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or related field or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 + years experienced in a similar role
Solid experience in e-commence process and Live Stream
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multi tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team
Self-motivated and is able to work pro-actively & autonomously
Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in English
Ability to use common IT tools
Willingness to travel as required.
