Requirements
Must have:
- Graduate in Software Engineering or similar
- Very good English level
- L2 Application Support experience in large-scale, distributed systems running 24/7/365
- Scripting skills: Shell / Bash
- Linux troubleshooting skills
- Experience working under ITIL framework
- Database knowledge: SQL (basic to intermediate)
- Java knowledge
- Basic AWS knowledge (EC2, CloudWatch, IAM fundamentals)
- Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and log analysis tools
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including on-call rotations, weekends, and extended hours, as required by 24/7 operations
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to work under pressure

Responsabilities:
- Provide L2 application support and operational troubleshooting
- Health Monitoring & Observability
- Log analysis
- Manage and resolve incidents, including escalation and coordination
- Design and Execution of basic SQL queries for analysis and troubleshooting
- Follow ITIL processes: Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Fulfillment, Knowledge Management
- Participate in customer-facing operational calls
- Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base
- Collaborate closely with L3 / Engineering teams
- Identify opportunities and implement automation and operational improvements
- Availability to work irregular shifts
