What you'll be doing: Supervise, coordinate, and coach a dedicated Claims Operations team supporting AXA Partners’ business lines, ensuring high-quality customer service
Monitor daily team activities, allocate resources effectively, and ensure KPI and SLA targets are met, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of all actions
Provide clear and accurate reporting on team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement operational solutions to optimize productivity
Participate actively in projects related to innovation, client onboarding, or transformation initiatives, acting as a change agent within the team
Support the recruitment process and manage absenteeism to maintain a motivated and engaged team environment
Make on-the-spot decisions to ensure proper case follow-up and customer support, stepping in operationally when workload peaks
Foster a stimulating work environment by promoting open communication, continuous improvement, and a customer-centric mindset
Conduct regular coaching sessions, set clear objectives, and support employees’ professional development through feedback and performance reviews
Collaborate with team members to enhance their technical knowledge and service skills, ensuring the team remains aligned with AXA’s strategy and commitments
What you’ll bring: Proven managerial skills with experience in transformation and execution leadership, empowering teams effectively
Strong behavioral competencies in decision-making, influence, customer-centricity, active listening, communication, and empathy
Technical expertise in assistance knowledge, coaching, customer needs analysis, and performance tracking
Analytical reasoning skills to interpret data, monitor KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities
A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to change and promote continuous improvement within the team
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities, absenteeism, and team development initiatives
Your skills & experience: You have a master degree (or comparable by experience) and by preference you have at least 5 years of experience in leading teams
You are Dutch/French with a very good knowledge of the second language & a good knowledge of English, You are very Service & people oriented You have strong communication (oral & writing) & organization skills You have a broad experience in people and/or management of business- projects
You have a good knowledge of Microsoft-tools
Experience in insurance or the healthcare sector is a plus Thanks to your experience in change management and your communication skills, you can easily handle a context in which agreement needs to be found between different actors
You are a teamplayer
