This role plays a key part in driving the growth of technical teams by identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent in highly competitive markets. With a strong focus on tech and security profiles, you will contribute directly to the company’s ability to scale effectively and maintain high hiring standards. You will own end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey for both candidates and hiring managers. The position requires a balance of strategic sourcing, structured interviewing, and stakeholder collaboration. You will work closely with technical leaders to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
