Job Description
Primary Skills:
| Design to manufacturing feasibility analysis, Review technical manufacturing feasibility |
| Knowledge on Glass beeding process, (like Potting, Glue sealing), Candidate should must have experience in Aerospace component manufacturing companies |
| Knowledge on New Product Development (NPD) of electro-mechanical products and NPI/NPD process of development. |
| Knowledge in diecasting, plastics, Rubber & sheet metal component development, and manufacturing and assembly processes, |
| develop the assembly lines for New Product Developments |
| Coordinate with suppliers for component development and get the right part. |
| Hands on experience in design and development of assembly line equipment’s, fixtures required for New Product assembly line, ability to setup new assembly line. |
| Experience to determine production processes, develop process flow chart/layout chart, PFMEA, Work instructions, create specifications for the equipment, estimate manufacturing cost & investments required for the project. |
| Ability to perform APQP & PPAP. |
| Ability to estimate the processwise cycle time |
Secondary Skills:
| Determine capacity requirements of production equipment, knowledge on Product packaging. |
| Having experience in connector design will be added advantage. |
| Develop and build prototypes to measure their level of function. |
| Knowledge on the Engineering Change Notification process and part setup in SAP. |
| Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate and problem solve effectively. |
