Role purpose
Support enterprise wide transformation and strategic delivery at Vicinity
At Vicinity, we’re passionate about creating vibrant destinations and delivering strategic outcomes that drive long-term value. We’re seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Transformation Delivery Analyst to support enterprise-wide initiatives and strengthen delivery performance across the business.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a big 4 consulting (or similar) or corporate background who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and governance, with exposure to senior stakeholders and high-impact initiatives.
About the role
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the consistent, transparent and effective delivery of enterprise initiatives. You’ll partner closely with business leaders, delivery teams and strategy functions to drive project governance discipline, uplift delivery capability, and support priority programs.
Key responsibilities
Delivery Oversight & Governance
Apply enterprise-wide project management frameworks, tools and processes to drive consistent delivery standards and visibility
Provide targeted support to critical or underperforming initiatives, including analysis and recovery planning
Partner with delivery leads to strengthen governance, track actions and escalate/ resolve key issues
Strategic Alignment & Efficiency Reviews
Support enterprise-wide reviews through analysis, workshops and data synthesis
Assess strategic alignment, prioritisation and organisational impact
Translate insights into practical, actionable recommendations that enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Priority Project & Program Delivery
Support end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives through coordination, analysis and reporting
Track progress, risks, interdependencies and benefits, escalating insights where required
Support decision-making by translating complex information into clear, actionable outputs

About you
You’re a structured thinker and problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments. You’re comfortable working across multiple initiatives, can influence stakeholders, and bring a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset.
You will bring:
Experience supporting project or program delivery in a Big 4 (or equivalent) consulting or corporate environment
Exposure to governance, planning, reporting, risks and dependencies
Experience contributing to transformation or efficiency initiatives
Strong process analysis skills, with exposure to process improvement or technology-enabled change
Experience supporting change initiatives through documentation, communications or governance
Capabilities that will set you apart:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise insights and identify root causes
Clear and confident communication, with the ability to produce concise, executive-ready outputs
Commercial awareness, including exposure to business cases or performance metrics
Pragmatic and adaptable, with a focus on delivering fit-for-purpose solutions
Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Law, Engineering or a related discipline
