Commercial Ops Specialist
Job Description
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement a systematic approach to assess the quality of content on the platform.
● Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting. Prepare comprehensive reports and metrics on quality assurance activities and findings for management and stakeholders.
● Configure and manage deals for both pandamart and verticals shops.
● Conduct thorough testing of front-end interfaces, websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms to identify bugs, usability issues, and inconsistencies.
● Evaluate the usability and user experience of front-end interfaces from the perspective of customers and restaurant partners.
● Collaborate with the sales and commercial teams on a daily basis and manage other stakeholder relationships.
● Maintain a deep understanding of the Salesforce & Foodpanda platform. Utilize Platforms to track and analyze data, providing insights for process improvement.
● Provide feedback and recommendations to improve navigation, interaction flows, and overall user satisfaction.
● Take ownership of special projects aimed at enhancing effectiveness of processes and efficiency.
● Collaborate with team members to implement and learn new tools or technologies that can improve overall operations.
● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
● Preferred candidates with relevant experience in a similar business domain, with 1–2 years of professional experience.
● Prior working experience in the e-commerce industry is required.
● Hands-on experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva or similar software will be considered an added advantage.
● Candidates must have basic proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including the use of common formulas.
● Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
● Ability to work effectively under pressure.
● Strong communication skills and a disciplined work approach.
